By 2030, the majority of new GCC vehicles will transmit real-time telemetry including collision detection, airbag deployment status, and structural impact severity data. Traditional parts and body labour, together representing 60% of revenue today, decline to approximately 38% by 2035 as ADAS calibration, EV structural repair, connected diagnostics, and Chinese brand repair grow to fill the gap. The total market grows, but only operators who have invested in capability capture the new revenue categories.

Total GCC bodyshop facility count is projected to decline moderately as informal operators exit the premium repair market, but revenue per remaining certified facility grows significantly. OEM-certified authorised bodyshops and franchise-branded chains grow in number and revenue share simultaneously.
